Location is good, good breakfast,
First, they confirmed the room that I have been stayed before but when check in nothing happens Second, they gave me a room without night table. Third, the air conditioning in heating never worked

Location was good and staff in general very nice and helping but even them can’t solve all the administration troubles around this hotel.
It is NOT a 4 stars hotel as they state. They say they offer room service, no they don’t. Apart from breakfast, one can’t get a meal in this hotel unless you believe cookies and chips to be a proper meal. You can’t even get a simple cup of coffee after breakfast is finished because the hotel doesn’t have a bar/cafe/restaurant. They also don’t possess a water boiler for guests to prepare their own coffee or tea in the room. The room was said to have a balcony, no it doesn’t. There is a narrow and dirty outside area as large as my shoes and I wear size 37. The shower is electric and water is never getting hot. Air-conditioner doesn’t work, TV doesn’t work and fridge works but not a single bottle of water inside. No WiFi signal on the first room they put me in and it hardly worked on the second room they sent me to. The room is very cold and the only blanket available stinks - which made me go through a very bad time once temperatures were never over 14 during my stay. It is also very loud because they don’t have sound proof windows. All in all, the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotels my whole life. Hoping that they whether change the 4 stars status they boast to have but don’t or at least make it clear in their booking page what their installations are like exactly.

location perfect. Breakfast okay. Staff helpful in trying to accomodate you
music in breakfast room oppressive. Internet poor or not at all in the room. Bed is a bit small for an European.
